Working your way down the door slide and snap the retainer into the track until the markings are no longer visible applying pressure as you go.
Pull the splines out of the door frame groove with steady firm pressure.
Use a nut driver or a screwdriver if needed and unscrew the window that is currently on the storm door.
It should not go in between the screen and the door frame.
Remove the glass and place the screen in the door opening.
